Cleaning Robots for Logistics and Warehouses.

Automate the cleaning of your logistics centre with AMR robots that cover up to 6,000 m²/h, operate 24/7 and integrate with your WMS systems.

Automation of cleaning in logistics centres

Distribution centres and warehouses are environments where manual cleaning is costly, inefficient and often impossible without disrupting operations. The ATROX Solution cleaning robots operate in night shifts or in parallel to operations, covering areas of up to 1,000,000 m² with 3D LiDAR accuracy. Integration with WMS systems enables zone-based cleaning scheduling, automatic reporting and real-time route optimisation.

Frequently asked questions about logistics robots

can the robot clean while the warehouse is in operation?+
Yes, ATROX robots detect people and forklifts in real time using LiDAR + machine vision fusion and stop or divert automatically. They can operate in parallel to work shifts or exclusively in night windows depending on the configuration.
how does it integrate with our WMS?+
Through open REST API. The robot can receive cleaning orders by zone from the WMS, report the status in real time and synchronise with the warehouse operating schedules.
how long does it take to map a 10,000 m² warehouse?+
A 10,000 m² warehouse is mapped in a single pass of approximately 45-60 minutes. The map is stored persistently and is automatically updated if changes in the environment are detected.
what happens if the robot encounters an unforeseen obstacle?+
The ATROX robots use real-time dynamic sensing. If they encounter an unmapped obstacle (a box, a pallet, a person), they calculate an alternative route automatically without human intervention.
