Terms and Conditions

1. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between ATROX Solution S.L. (hereinafter ATROX) and its customers in relation to the purchase, installation and support of autonomous robots and associated services.
2. Recruitment process
The contracting of ATROX services requires the signing of a specific contract that includes: detailed description of the equipment, price, payment conditions, installation period, guarantees and support conditions. Sending a contact form or demo request does not imply any contractual commitment.
3. Prices and payment methods
Prices will be agreed individually for each project depending on the selected equipment, volume, installation conditions and support plan. All prices quoted in any offer are in Euro and exclude VAT, unless expressly stated.
4. Installation and commissioning
pRESERVE_1__ undertakes to carry out the installation and commissioning of the equipment within the period agreed in the contract. The client must facilitate access to the installations and provide the necessary electrical infrastructure according to the technical specifications of each equipment.
5. Guarantee
All equipment comes with an official 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures not caused by improper use, accidents or unauthorised tampering.
6. Technical support
Support contracts include preventive maintenance, remote and on-site technical assistance, and parts replacement according to agreed terms. 24/7 on-call support is available for premium contracts.
7. Limitation of liability
pRESERVE_1__ shall not be liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Cordoba for any dispute arising from its interpretation or fulfilment.
